EZpay:EZpay requires 12 monthly payments plus taxes and service fees. First monthly payment due at time of purchase. Credit card holder must be over the age of 18. Once your initial 12-month EZpay commitment is satisfied, your Membership will continue and your credit card will be charged on a monthly basis, subject to your right to cancel at any time.
